How to read a status.

Approved or accepted

Displayed only when the course file contains jurisdiction- specific evidence, identifiers and dates have been checked, and any conditions are represented.

In credentialing

Requirements or an application pathway are being addressed, but the course is not marketed as eligible for credit.

Not evaluated

No eligibility claim is made. Learners should not buy the course expecting credit in that jurisdiction.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN APPROVED TEXAS WEBINAR

Automated preparation. Authorized sponsor submission.

1 · Verify

Match legal name, Texas license, approval scope, six hour-block decisions, assessment/evaluation rules and certificate status

2 · Prepare

Create the required participant, license, course-number and earned-hours roster; validate duplicates and calculate the 30-day due date

3 · Review

Require a preparer, a different checker, and current sponsor authorization before release

4 · Submit

Send through the sponsor-confirmed TBCE route; no public Board reporting API is currently documented

5 · Reconcile

Store the exact file, checksum, submitter, receipt, accepted/rejected rows, corrections and final status

6 · Inform

Show the learner whether reporting is preparing, submitted, accepted, rejected, or requires learner action

Marzban CE Credits will not claim “automatically reported to the Texas Board” unless an eligible sponsor supplies written delegated authority and TBCE confirms a supported electronic channel.
